THIS IS OUR PETITION WE NEED YOUR SIGNATURE PLEASE
This is a membership organization of both "Scholars and Citizens" who are seeking reform within the high and state Courts as well as establishing investigative powers within this organization to:
(a) Monitor and Review issues of "Integrity and Performance" of the courts across the United States.
(b) Investigation and review, with action and full legal recourse, to remove, impose sanctions on those who refuse and have used there oath of office to deprive citizens of "Equal Rights under the Constitution" and who have conspired to create corruption within the judicial process. This includes; Police, Marshall's, Sheriff's, States Attorney's Attorney Generals and clerks of the court who have misused there position within both oath of office and as hired federal and state employees.
(c) Whereby within our advisory board of citizens who are voters within the United States have a right to a citizens tribunal to discuss, investigate and petition to impeach those who have within supported evidence refused to use equal justice within their decision on rendering judgment and those placing those who are innocent of crimes in jail and or causing imprisonment, and other gross misconduct within there role as Justice in the US Court System.
(d) Whereby our organization will be made up of both citizens, Attorneys, and Scholars who will review case matter and the law to measure if there is a breach of official conduct which was overlooked by government investigation agencies: (US Justice Department, Judicial Inquiry Board, The Office of Attorney General as it relates to Policing and others who have standing in investigating fraud, corruption, conspiracy and injustice.
(e) "Scholars of Integrity in Justice", will establish a legal bridge between Federal Government, State and all local policing agencies and, we will act for the People as monitors to see if there is just cause of a full investigation and reason to seek impeachment those who are holding official current within the Justice System, Courts, Policing and as Politicians within various cities, states and other areas of the United States of America.
(f) Whereby we are seeking at least "1 million signatures (or more) on this petition to place in the hands of those who sit in the office of President and Vice President, and those who are currently seeking to run for these offices whereby within our Petition we will seek from the voters, to establish a better checks and balance in monitoring corruption, and also will have full investigative power something that the PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES AS VOTERS seek and have not had until this organization was formed. It’s our goal to reform and remove those who are in violation of the law and rules within their office.
(g) We will offer the People a voice via our citizens tribunal and will establish prima facie from documents, court petitions, and material evidence not allowed within cases whereby defendants and petitioners were not allowed equal justice and full evidence was not taken in account within there cases.
(h) We will offer assistance to "WHISTLE BLOWERS" who have witness these conspiracy's and more corruption and who were victimized because of coming forth with evidence a panel who will review there case and to see if equal justice was applied and if, they were protected under the articles of the law concerning the established Whistle Blowers Act. Again if there is evidence of corruption, fraud, conspiracy etc we will seek to remove from office those who have and or were involved in covering-up these issues and not allowing the Whistle Blower rights under the civil codes and codes within the constitution.
(i) Whereby we will seek via petition supported by the citizens within the USA to establish an independent council within our "Scholars Group” made up of well-respected lawyers, and lay people who have had enough of the corruption from within Courts, Policing Agencies, Politicians and others within government who have mishandled, use clout and other measures to victimize citizens, without the rights set forth within the constitution of the United States.
(j) We the People as voters and tax payers seek that this organization be given full rights under the United States Government to Investigation fully elected and non elected officials, the right for this organization to impeach and or remove those who have been involved with corruption with full sanction power, rights to impose sentence against those who with intent violated said laws, and all power of seeking money judgment against those who have broken the law, civil rights of citizens within this outside review panel.
(k) Upon signing as a citizen of the United States of America, tax payer, and voter we the people state that this is our vote and what we desire, and we who have sign state that we sign of our free will, and based on the numbers we have established that there is a need for this organization, we also seek that this organization receive federal, state and local funding from our tax dollars in order to pay for the organization investigative teams, and that there will be given full executive power via the office of the President to look into these matters which we feel have been over looked for years because those who are involved with the current review process are possibility in conflict of interest and not fully investigating the issue of corruption.
(l) Therefore we the voters who have signed this petition state that with this petition signed we have given the rights to the Scholars for Integrity in Justice to act on our behalf and that as voters we will contact our senators and others to make sure this is included as well on a bill whereby they and those within the White house have been notified of the will of the people in this matter and we want Scholars for Integrity in Justice as an independent Tribunal for the citizens with full investigative power, full rights to discovery and disclosure of classified and non classified reports as they need it for these cases, funded by the federal government but controlled within the organization and my the people who seek this reform.

The Issue of Fraud, Bribery, Conspiracy, Clout, Rico and other nightmares within the justice system must be stopped and it's up to the citizens to monitor and remove from office elected officials who are involved from within the Courts, and the Policing Agencies!
We can not longer allow criminalizing people who had no rights within courts!
We can not longer allow the rights of Whistle Blowers to go without investigation and also protection of their rights to employment, equal rights under the law, and full protection for harm from those who have used clout to destroy them within conspiracy fraud this must stop!
We the people seek a full investigation of The World TRADE CENTER, OKLAHOMA CITY BOMBING, WACO AND OTHER TERRORIST ACTS COVER-UP !
We need to protect the civil rights of Blacks in the US and will as all other minorities that can not be heard within the courts of civil rights violations of the law.
We need you to volunteer, get more signatures within your state, and donate to this great cause.
Have you ever wondered how many people have been wrongly convicted? The fact the there was not DNA evidence until the last 10 yrs and many cases have been over turned from lack of real factual evidence. But of this many have been wrongfully imprison, so executed for crimes they had never committed. The courts have over 300 cases in many court heard in less than 3 hours can the Judges read all that material? And if the poor have no rights to and outside attorney they have no rights to full investigation and research for evidence. There are many who are still in jail awaiting bond hearings in many states. Ex Partee cases are heard all the time!
And people who are criminals come into courts using fake names, and other evidence which is false but they are allowed to commit fraud on the court with no one enforcing the law against them.
The courts are in need of reform but we need to clean house now!
Removal may be the only solution and to do this we need the voters to come forth and sign this petition. We are the organization that will do the rest! We are the voice of the voters in America.
